Designed by Blue
Seal to provide a fast, even bake. Their specially designed
pyramid baffle system, evenly distributes hot air around the
oven preventing the need to turn trays (labour saving).
It has capacity
for two 600mm x 400mm baking trays.
This oven is ideal
for baking croissants, danish pastries, flat breads, frozen
pizzas and a wide variety of cake and confectionery products.
It produces exceptional
results when baking the wide range of part-baked and pre-proved
frozen dough, including baguettes, french sticks and dinner
rolls.
