With the RATIONAL SelfCooking Center® you can relax in the knowledge that the demanding daily kitchen routine is under control: you can bake, roast, steam, blanch, poach and much more, all in a single unit.

The self cooking centre is suitable for baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, braising, blanching, poaching and much more in one unit - freeing floor space in your kitchen. It comes with seven cooking modes: roasts, grills, poultry, fish, baking, finishing, combi and steamer mode.

SelfCooking Mode:
The clear, easy-to-use, intuitive control panel offers a choice of food types and cooking styles. Simply select the food you are cooking and how you want it cooked, following the step-by-step prompts on the control panel. The leave the rest to the self cooking centre.

Combi Steamer Mode:
If you want to retain full control of the entire cooking process, no problem. The SCC and be simply turned to Combi Steamer Mode, you then define the cooking method, temperature, humidity and time using the same controls as the normal CM control panel.
