This machine is a heavy duty industrial build designed specifically for large volume mixing and mincing of produce.

During the mixing cycle the feedscrew intermittently operates in reverse, displacing product from the feedscrew channel to ensure the batch is more efficiently blended.

It's high quality stainless steel finish gives the 5000 smooth corners and a clean surface, ideal for reducinglabour intensive cleaning down times.

The 5000 is available for connecting in a Gemini system.
