The Dadaux 45V and 80V bowl cutters are manufactured from high grade stainless steel and are designed for ease of cleaning. The frame rigidity and quality of bowl allows knives to travel nearest the bowl. The clearance between bowl and lid is minimum allowing for a fine cut in a short period.
