The FR100 is a semi-automatic machine using a specially designed stainless steel rotor for cutting frozen blocks of meat into flakes.
Feeding of the product is managed through a Special feeding carriage, and taking advantage of the products own weight. The FR100 has two cutting Speeds. This is a sturdy and robust machine made entirely of stainless steel; it is electronically controlled and equipped with safety mechanisms corresponding to EU safety regulations.
